Rates are based on two (studios) or four persons to a room (efficiencies & suites).
Additional guests (12 and over) are $25 per person per day.

We are a NON-SMOKING property. Sorry no pets allowed. Though we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate them at the Windward. We can suggest several boarding facilities nearby. All registered guests must be 25 years or older or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Property quiet hours: 10pm - 8am.

Cancellation Policy: One night stays require payment in full and are non-refundable. For stays of two nights or more, a deposit of 50% is required at booking. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $95 booking fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left. We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illnesses, nor do we give refunds for early departures. If you anticipate changes in your plans we suggest you secure trip interruption insurance prior to booking (TravelGuard.com). ** Third party bookings (Booking.com, Priceline, Kayak, etc.) require payment in full and are non-refundable.

Hurricane Policy: In the event of a hurricane or major storm, we will give refunds for nights that are impacted by a mandatory evacation to the island only. Please see our detailed hurricane policy for more information.
